Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing timeOrders are typically processed within 2 business days. The hand sanitizer business continues to see spikes in demand, and when that happens it may take us an extra day or two to get your order processed. Our automated system will send you email updates as your order moves through the process.
Our warehouse operates weekdays from 9am to 4pm, so orders that are received late Friday through the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Standard shipping is $5.99 on any sized order.
We do occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to get on our email list so you get first access.
We use both USPS and UPS to ship our orders. Tracking links will be provided via email as your order is completed.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do ship to PO boxes in the US. APO/FPO boxes are problematic due to international routing of these packages, and regulations with regard to shipping hand sanitizer. For APO/FPO orders, reach out to our care team at email@example.com for guidance.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We try to make your order as easy to track as possible! You’ll get an email with your tracking link once the order has shipped. If for any reason you didn’t get your tracking email, shoot a note with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.

International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States.
Accessories and other non-sanitizer items can be returned in new condition within 30 days of the order date. We cannot accept returns on hand sanitizer products, and those items are considered final sale.
To Initiate A Return
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. This will open a help desk ticket which will be handled within 2 business days of receipt. Your help desk response will include mailing instructions and a return authorization document. Shipping costs on returns are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus shipping. Once your items have been received by the returns desk, you will receive an email confirming return status and a refund will be issued to your original payment source within 2 business days.
